Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Timeframe

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days, while express delivery takes 2-4 business days.

2. Shipping Charges

• Express shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

3. Tracking Orders

• Customers will receive a tracking link via email/SMS after dispatch.
• VIPER is not responsible for third-party courier delays.

4. International Shipping

• Currently, we do/do not offer international shipping (modify as per policy).
• Customs duties (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

• If a package is lost or arrives damaged, customers must contact support within 48 hours.
• A replacement or refund will be processed based on investigation.
